Payment Policy — GAZE INTERIORS (INDIA)
Project and Order Definition:
A project refers to the complete home design engagement for a single residence. Within a project, multiple orders may be placed — for example, separate orders for modular products, on-site custom work, furniture, or decor. Payments are processed at the order level, though payments for multiple orders can be grouped together under the same project for convenience.

Modular Payment Milestone -1:
Booking with Gaze Interiors: You can book your interior project with Gaze Interiors by paying a booking fee which is charged at 10% of the tentative quote in the Proposal/Pitch stage of a project. The booking fee is adjusted against future orders.
Modular Payment Milestone -2:
Sales Order: Once the design phase is complete, you can raise the sales order to start the project by paying 50% of the Final Modular quote. Please note that the initial amount paid during the time of booking will be adjusted in this milestone.
**Example scenario**
Booking amount paid: 2 Lakhs Final quote value: 23 Lakhs
Amount to be paid to raise Sales order: 11.5L (50% of final quote) – 2L (booking amount) = 9.5 L
Modular Payment Milestone – 3:
Project Delivery and Installation: Once the furniture structure is ready, we will initiate the laminate selection process with customer, after the laminate selection is final, 35% of the Modular value to be paid to initiate laminate procurement and resume the work.
Modular Payment Milestone – 4:
Deep cleaning: This is the final phase of the project, 5% of the Modular value to be paid to initiate deep cleaning process.
**Please note that 100% of the payment associated with the Modular value of the project has to be cleared before requesting the final handover**
Payment modes accepted
Gaze Interiors offers convenience of paying in all major payment methods accepted in India. However, payments made through certain instruments may attract some additional fee, which is charged by the banking institutes that facilitate such transactions. 1. Digital Payment Gateway
Customers can opt to use our Digital payment gateway partner – Razorpay to process their transactions using UPI, Debit cards and Net-banking only. Please note that Credit cards and Charge cards are not accepted using Razorpay.
**A convenience fee of 2% of the transaction value plus 18% GST on the convenience fee is charged by Razorpay if Debit cards are used for the transaction.
2. NEFT/RTGS
Customers can use NEFT/RTGS option available from their respective banking system to process the payment. Please reach out to our representative for banking details of Gaze Interiors. Please note that some banking institutes may cap the maximum limit for NEFT transactions, we recommend you check with them before initiating the payment.
3. Cheque
Customers can opt to use a Cheque to process the payment. All payments made using cheque must be drawn in favor of “GAZE INTERIORS PVT LTD”.
4. Cash
Customers can visit any of our nearest Experience Center to complete their payment in-store using the Cash payment mode. Please note that Gaze Interiors accepts cash transactions of up to 2 Lakhs INR for a single project and providing details of the customer's PAN is mandatory for transactions above 49 thousand. Please note that maximum and minimum cash transaction values will change from time to time to adhere to the governing laws of India and might not be updated here frequently.
